Special protection inclusions

Electrical and mechanical
Protecting your equipment is essential. Your electrical items are protected if they arrive at destination and do not work, but have no visible external damage. (Exempt: vehicles, boats, trailers and items 6+ years old.)

Pairs and sets
If a singular item making up a pair is damaged and this reduces the overall combined value of the pair. Your protection will include the reasonable difference lost as a result of the damage.

Mould and mildew
Mould and mildew can be ever-present in the world of shipping. That’s why our protection is designed to include up to €20,000 in damages. Speak to one of our consultants to increase your mould and mildew protection.

Wine and liquor
Transporting highly prized wines and rare liquors is no small feat. The maximum amount recoverable for breakages and losses is up to €10,000.

Part of a pre-move consultation is our home survey. We use cutting-edge, AI-powered, virtual solutions to scan every belonging, room by room, for an accurate estimate.

A survey technician will talk you through capturing video of every room in your house. We will then categorise everything in your video survey to create an inventory.

We also have in-house pre-move surveys where our experienced surveyor will come to your home. You can then discuss in person all the requirements of your move.
